Do you use floride & how are your teeth doing?

If interested, my experience:

As for me, I stopped using floride years ago, my teeth were great, like PERFECT till a year & a half ago I got like a billion cavities at once! But I can't eat most fruit & have to cook veggies, because my stomach is really messed up, so I may not get vitamin C, and I did eat a lot of sugar before! Like several POUNDS a week. I have issues, literal sugar addict.

My dad keeps telling me to use floride now, should I? (I'll actually do research and look at studies. But I enjoy hearing opinions! Post studies if you have them!)(yes im getting dental work done!)
