TMI Question !!! PLZ HELP ANY ADVICE?

IM CURRENTLY TERRIFIED OF GIVING BIRTH THIS TIME AROUND!!!

So for maybe 2 months my vagina been feeling really dry . I feel like an awful wife because me and my husband haven’t had sex in over 2 months . We tried one time and my vagina hurt like hell he said it looked extremely swollen and I had to sleep with an ice pack between my legs . Now I’m 34 weeks with my second and I’m extremely terrified of giving birth this time . Honestly I don’t remember being this dry the first time . And my daughter came right out when I had her .

I do have regular discharge but I just feel super dry 😫😭😩.
