Could I Be Pregnant ❓🤔

Ok so I had sex on May 13th and my partner told me he nutted in me and than be 100% know he did. I don’t have periods at all for what reason, I don’t know. So I had some light bleeding later on that night and didn’t think much of it. I wore a panty liner and then when I checked again, it was a lot. So I wore a pad to sleep and when I woke up it was just a little. I went to work and when I went on break it was a very lot. I been cramping bad ( I don’t cramp often) and my boobs are so sore. I know I wouldn’t know this early but are these signs.
