I called my insurance and they said it is covered but I have to get doctor pre approval before. How do I go about doing this if my next appointment is when it is scheduled for. Do I call the office or the nurses line or somewhere else?

I don’t know why but when it comes to insurance things I get so confused and don’t want to do it wrong and end up paying out of pocket. On the phone my insurance company wasn’t very clear about what needed to be done.
