216lbs to 160lbs in 11 months

Right after I had my daughter I weighed in at 216. I was depressed and hated everything about myself. My daughter refuses to nurse so I felt like a failure at that too. So I decided to go to the gym and fell in love with spin classes. I started going twice a week and started eating healthier, no diary or red meat. It was really hard at first but now feels like no big deal. I’m so happy with how far I have come in the last 11 months!
