nexplanon experiences

i plan on getting the nexplanon implant on my six week pp visit , i don’t want to have no babies for a while and i’ve heard the implant is very very effective , can you ladies tell me your experience with it ? i’d appreciate it , i know my body will have to adjust to it and stuff but i’d love to know how it worked for you
