I’m 19 weeks tomorrow and still haven’t felt baby! This is my first baby. I’m starting to get worried

If you don’t know already then you possibly have an anterior placenta which can cushion your baby’s kicks.

For first pregnancies, it’s not unusual not to feel movements until 22-25 weeks. If you an anterior placenta, it may be even longer. As long as your appointments are going well, I would not get too concerned.
