I’m used to it
My parents will sit there, scream, and hit each other over the smallest things while they’re drunk. At this point I roll my eyes and laugh because of how immature they really are. I’m so immune, it doesn’t bother me anymore.
“You don’t understand, you’re not an adult. It’s not an addiction.” I’m 19 and I’ve been watching you both drink ever since I was 5. I think I know what’s an addiction and what’s not.
