Pain in Bellybutton??

I feel like I’ve never heard of anyone with this same issue before, but let’s see!

I masturbate pretty much every night, so I know my body and what I’m doing. (Don’t judge, I’m a lonely virgin who has never had a boyfriend).

Last night, I was starting in on round two with myself, getting close to climaxing when I got this sharp pain in my bellybutton that shot downward. (It feels like someone has a fishing hook inside of my bellybutton and is yanking down and away.)

This issue only seems to happen if i masturbate for “too long”, or if I try and climax more than once. I’ve had this same pain since I was about in 3rd grade, but it has been caused by all different things throughout my life. The pain might go away but it can get intensified if I go pee (I’m talking, biting my lip, hoping I don’t scream type of bad pain.)

Has anyone had a similar pain to this before? Been to the doctors and gotten an answer for it? (When I was younger i went to the doctors but if I can remember right they basically said I was overreacting and just needed to take an ibuprofen for my “pain”).
