I wasn’t too sure where to post this, but in what case would a doctor put me through for a c-section due to my size? Baby is completely healthy and am measuring up perfectly, just my overall build in general is what brings me concern that I won’t be allowed to do it naturally!

Unless your baby is abnormally large, you won’t be too small to deliver naturally. Your body was literally made to give birth. I am a very petite person, and my hips never seemed to get any bigger and I had no problem with a vaginal birth!

If your baby gets above a certain weight which for many is above 9lbs. If your baby is measuring on time and has been chances are you won’t have to worry about it. The size of the child typically takes after the mother because that is what our bodies are built for. That being said even tiny people can have large babies. With my son I was still very petite (my hips changes after birth so I’m not any more) but despite being small was still able to push out a 9lb child. Our bodies do amazing things.
