Long Car Trip

Our daughter just turned 4 months. We will be taking a 6 hour car trip (or at least that’s how long it took my husband and I pre baby!) we are keeping our expectations very low and plan on stopping as much as she needs. I was wondering if anyone has done a a long car trip with their baby and what has worked well.
