Flat head

Just get one of the special pillows. We use it every time he’s on his back on his play mat and his head is beautifully round now hehe. He doesn’t sleep with it though. I don’t think the amount of tummy time vs back time is enough to prevent it unfortunately.

I got the hoppy flat head pillow at Walmart it’s like 14.00 worked magic on my lo head

We got this one he loves it! Like $26 and in two weeks we saw improvement and his pediatrician approved

My daughter’s head had a big flat spot at this age and it disappeared once she sat up more. Now my son’s head is flat in the back, too, but I’m not worried. At least his is even. With his sister it was to one side which is worse because it meant she was always turning her head the same way and we had to train her to look the other way. Her pediatrician was more worried about that than the flat spot itself.

I’m so glad I saw this post this morning! I just ordered one of the pillows. I’ve been so worried about my baby’s head!

My sons head was really flat by 4 months, when I questioned the pediatrician she said it usually rounds out on its own as soon as they start sitting up. By 6 months my sons head was perfectly round and we did nothing. He just started doing his jumperoo and walker by then so he was laying down a lot less often

My son was is 3 months and started to get it and I asked my pediatrician about it. He wasn’t really concerned about it and just suggested more and more tummy time. Which my LO hates. But we are trying to spend a lot of time on the tummy now even tho it’s miserable.

I got a pillow on Amazon and my pediatrician said it’s fixing the problem and he’s looking great I’ve only had him using it for two weeks!
