We have had some issues and went on a break, then he decided he cant trust me so he doesn't want to be with me. So he ended things on Friday completely. Hasn't stopped contacting me since though. He said he still loves me and doesn't want to lose me. Wants to stay friends with benefits, go do things like get food, go to the cinema, go for drinks, come to my house. 
I don't want to lose him either. 
Everyone said hes using me but I don't think he would. Our sex is amazing too and I couldn't imagine myself with anyone else.

Here’s the thing, you’re not technically together anymore. Most guys do this so that you can’t say anything about him sleeping with other women. I’d tell him to either buckle down with you and try to work it out like an adult or to leave because honestly all relationships are rocky at times and trust can be finicky at random points in a relationship. Now, that being said, trust has a spectrum as well as categories and subcategories. Like, I can’t trust my husband to go car shopping by himself. He can’t trust me not to eat his last bagel. Some women can’t trust their men not to lie just as some men can’t trust their women not to cheat. But it ultimately boils down to working it out or separating completely. I took a break from my husband when we were dating and it was so dumb. All it did was create more issues that could have been avoided by actually working things out or officially splitting with no ties.

Seems like a bery selfish bag who doesnt respect u at all. Please start to love yourself more. Where is your selfrespect? U deserve someone who wants to be with u all the time. Not someone who is just using u and dont want to build up a real future with you. He trying to give himself a soft landing into being single. Still gets all the benefits. It will end up in heart aches. Best and hardest thing I have ever done is cut contact with ex's for a while. I am now can comfortably be friends with them without complications.
