First day of your last period then once you have a scan you can get a better estimate since you can be earlier than you think or later than you think

I know mine to the exact day as it was an IVF/ICSI pregnancy.

I had to have a dating scan with my current pregnancy because I hadn’t had a period in 3 months, but wasn’t 3 months pregnant.
