Me or my boyfriend? UTI Problem

Okay so lately me and my bf have been okay but these past few months have been awful. I keep getting a UTI (and I get it checked out but they say I'm fine). Could it be possible that he could be giving it to me? Or I'm the one that always gets it? Could he have it too? What should I do?

You can't pass a UTI to someone.
You should always pee after sex. You should make sure you are both clean. Being all sweaty can aid in bacteria that causes you to get the UTIs. 
Always clean yourself up after.
I would talk to a dr about things to do to reduce your chances of getting them.

A UTI isn’t an std, it’s not given to you. It’s from bacteria getting into your vaginal canal, and while it can come from having sex often it doesn’t have to come from sex. 
Some people are more susceptible to them than others. I’ve had one before, some people never get them, and some people seem to struggle with them regularly. Here are my tips: 
Make sure you’re cleaning down there really well. Body soap and water is fine but make sure you get all the soap completely off. You can also use a vaginal wash instead of body soap a few times a week, I like summer’s eve. 
Cranberries help keep said bacteria away and promote vaginal health. Cranberry supplements/vitamins aren’t too expensive, take them every morning. If you like cranberry juice, drink 8oz every morning either instead or combined. 
All of these managed to work for me - never had another UTI. Good luck!
