Do you ever get inside your head and think the worst in between appointments?

I will be 13 weeks at my appointment next week and have not had any reason to think anything is wrong because baby has been super healthy each time and genetic testing came back normal. However, yesterday I got an overwhelming feeling that the baby stopped growing or died despite still having a lot of symptoms!
