Any advice welcome!

So I am about 9 weeks (according to ultrasound) 10 weeks (according to last period).

Anyways, I feel like the last few days my symptoms have faded. I’ve only had pretty mild nausea, thrown up just a couple times, mild nipple tenderness. I’ve been tired (still am) but I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? We saw the baby at 7 weeks and the dr and nurse saw a heartbeat. I would appreciate anyone’s advice or if this is normal. Thank you. 😘
