After river swim smell?

Hi guys,
So I went swimming in our local river this past weekend. The day after I’ve been having the weird vaginal order. It isn’t super fishy, but definitely not the “normal” smell... along with lots of clear discharge. I’m guessing the water threw my pH balance off? Has anyone had this happen??

Probably more likely bacterial vaginosis.  River water is severely polluted in most places these days, not to mention all the fungal, bacterial, viral spores and microbes in there.. Probably a good idea to hit up the doc and find out if you need antibiotics or what.
And maybe find another place to swim.
