I asked my dr about this when we were ttc, she said no. It would have to be massive amounts of saliva. Yes, it can shift the PH balance of the environment, but saliva from oral sex/using as lubricant wouldn’t be enough to affect it. We still got pregnant!👍🏽

Saliva doesn’t kill sperm 🤣 It would have to be HOURS of oral sex to do any damage lol. 
If you know that SO is low on sperm then also could do some ‘damage’ but if you’re SO has no issues then it’s not gonna kill any sperm if you do oral for a few minutes before.

It can affect motility. Could be an issue for some. But not enough to keep you from getting pregnant if no known sperm quality issue.
