Cat Naps?

Question

Anyone else baby sleep literally 30 minutes at a time 45 minutes of your lucky?? 
She’s been like this since 3 months and I thought she’d grow out of it but nope. I’m really looking to try and fix this to where she would nap for an hour or two at a time. Any tips or advice?

Same here , honestly haven’t been on this app in a while and I thought it was just me! So glad I’m not the only one , my LO sleeps through the night but takes like 6 naps during the day and towards 4-5 pm gets really restless for his last nap although he’s exhausted Z I always dread that time of day to be honest . Very rare but every once in a great while he’ll sleep 2 hours and I’m like are you okay baby?! Lol

Mine was like that til this week. I think we’ve hit the turn to hour naps now. Question: do you have where baby sleeps dark?( I mean dark like can barely see you hand in front of you!) and do you have a sound machine? 
We did sleep training and these two things helped us so much for night time sleep and now naps. 😊

I’m in the same boat as you too... my little boy refuses to nap longer than one sleep cycle. I feel like it’s just how he is and there isn’t anything I can do to change it. It seems like babies fall into one category or the other “good napper” or “not good napper” and there’s not any trick that will work to make a baby sleep longer if their body just can’t. I have done everything to make his sleep environment perfect for naps and nothing gets him to sleep longer. I think I just need to accept that at this point in his life that’s all he needs.

mines the same but they sometimes are longer depending, no idea why but they start getting longer closer to six months, also now that she is sleep trained she is taking longer naps because she knows how to put herself back to sleep after her sleep cycle

No tips, exact same...but he sleeps all night mostly..full 11hrs. So i assume is why

Same 🙈 I’ve read that some babies are good sleepers, others are not and there is not much one can do until they learn to sleep on their own. But still hoping for any tips, especially on getting the baby to sleep longer stretches at night.
