So freakin emotional

Ugh man guys! I'm 10+3 today and have been so crazy emotional. I've been having severe anxiety and panic attacks when I leave the house , so when I attempt which is rarely and I even come close to thinking it's coming I turn right around and go home , then cry my eyes out.

I cry over the stupidest things also. The emotions didn't hit me really that hard till not to long ago so it's been rough this last week. 😭😭
