What helped you induce your labor

What did you ladies do to help put you in labor?

Nothing really puts you in labor. You could try nipple stimulation or sex, but neither will work if your body just isn't ready. As hard as it is, I wouldn't stress about it. The best thing to do is to just out your feet up and relax. You'll need to conserve your energy for the big show. I know women who walked miles and miles to try to get labor started and they just wore themselves out. It's like running a mini-marathon everyday until the actual marathan. You'll wear yourself out. So get a massage, read a book, do something to keep you calm. I always get a pedicure and and fresh haircut my last couple weeks.
