Twins?

Question

Anyone know they are having twins?  Or suspect they might be?  I can't shake this feeling and TBH I'm terrified my gut will be right.

I’m terrified for the fact that I might be expecting twins! Already have 3 kids (2 biological and 1 stepdaughter)! 
Got an US at 4+5 and they saw two sacs, but since they couldn’t see anything else, I was told there was a good chance that only one would stick 😬😱 Feel really guilty for kind of hoping there’s only one, but with 3 kids (one with autism) jobs and the fact that I’m “only” 25, twins just scare the shit out of me 🙈

I found out on Monday (early scan) that there’s two sacs  just no yolks yet. Im back
On the 4th June to confirm if I’m having twins or not 🤦‍♀️😬 the wait is killing me.
