4 weeks 6 days!

So I went to the early pregnancy unit today to have an ultrasound as I had a little bit of pain, whilst they scanned me they see a sac but nothing inside, they said it could be very early on so they have taken my bloods and repeating them on Saturday! Has anyone been scanned this early on and what did they see? They gave me a leaflet which said pregnancy unknown?
