Those ingredients actually look great! They put the more bioavailable forms of each in there which is not always the case for vitamins...in particular Folate(as L-methylfolate). I've been looking around for a more natural approach to treating pcos and I've seen Inositol and vitex a lot! Consistency is key, though. You likely will need to give these a few good months to really tell if they work. Hope that helps!
