Help w Registry?!

Ftm here and wondering what are some must haves you had on your registry and also things to NOT put on there! ❤️ thanks!

I don’t have any specifics, but would recommend having a wide array of price ranges on your registry. We got everything from our BOB stroller ($500) to washcloths ($3)... both generous, just people can afford different things and it varies based on how close they are to you too.
Also don’t bother putting clothes on there; i would say 60% of the gifts we received were baby clothes, and not a single item was any clothing I’d put on the registry. People want to buy what they think is cute.
In general buy most of the practical things yourself. People want to buy the cute things.... decorations, baby bath tubs, toys, etc. We received every single decoration we requested and then some (our theme was elephants and our daughter now has at least 20 stuffed elephants).  We did not receive much that falls in the more practical categories, like a diaper pail (now my go-to for other mamas if it’s on the registry) or anything related to breastfeeding.
