Yes, at 4+ cm, fully effaced at my 39 week appointment last time. I probably would have delivered on my own within a day or so anyway, would be my guess. A lot depends on How ready you are to begin with.

I had 3 membrane sweeps, one at 39 weeks, one at 40 and one at 41 weeks and still had to be induced at 42 weeks. So it didn’t work for me but hopefully you’ll have better luck 😊
