cholestasis in pregnancy

Has anyone been diagnosed with cholestasis in pregnancy? I just had blood work taken and I'm 37 weeks and 2 days. They said the blood work could take 5 days to come back. I'm just worried what will happen if I go into labor before the results come back. If anyone had it what was the treatment and how far into your pregnancy were you?
