3w5d (EARLY!) just started to exercise...

Shell • Had our Rainbow Baby boy in Dec 2017 💙 and now trying for baby #2❤👶🏻🤗❤️

I was a dancer growing up, competitive...very athletic. I hurt my back snowboarding 10 years ago so exercise isn’t as fun now. I can only walk, slow slow jog, or do elliptical and my own toning exercises and can’t do fun classes etc. SO I stopped exercising all together for 5 years! However I am lean bc I’m an Atkins girl. I let myself go with first born gaining 72 lbs but dropped 80 post partum and now I’m not as toned so I started walking/jogging/elliptical anywhere from 25-45 min and I feel great! I’m pregnant with my second and hope this makes me stronger and not as exhausted as last time 😏 open for encouraging words!! Xoxo
