Vericose vein or possible blood clot?

So I’m a well known (to family and friends) hypochondriac. I’m 31 weeks with twins and for the first time noticed that the vein on my left foot (pictures below) was protruding out quit a bit. Not normal for me. Not sure if it’s normal pregnancy stuff (this is my third pregnancy first set of twins) or if I should be concerned? There’s no pain, heat, or excessive swelling (Though there is a little puffiness). All that comes up in google is vericose veins. But it doesn’t look like vericose veins. I know noone here is a dr and it’s always best to check with my dr if I’m worried. But I also thought it wouldn’t hurt to see if anyone has experienced this. I’m currently wearing my compression socks and elevating my feet. Thanks so much.
