How long do you wait after your baby poops to change them?

It takes her about 10 minutes to fully poop and that’s with breaks in between. I wait another 5 minutes before changing her because sometimes she isn’t finished completely.

Before solids I'd wait 3-5 mins as I had to make sure she was done, now she's on solids once she's pooped I only wait 1-3 mins as she's usually done pretty quickly.

If I hear him poop I always wait to make sure he’s done. I pooped on the changing table once when he was only a few weeks old.

My son poops sold now but he usually takes his time so when I change his diaper I lift his legs to his chest and do belly rolls .. all of it will come out .. lifting his legs relaxes him to let everything out
