Orthostatic hypotension

So yesterday was officially 20 weeks for me yay! Halfway there! I spent 24 hours in the hospital on the cardiac floor because I saw my OB and I was so dizzy, short of breath and just feeling like complete garbage. After 24 hour hospital observation the conclusion was my blood pressure does not adjust in time with me moving from lying down to sitting or from sitting to standing without me passing out. So now until further notice I have to move at sloth like speed, take a motion sickness medicine and just slow down in general. Anyone else have this problem this is my first pregnancy so I just had assumed it was normal pregnancy symptom.
