Would you be ok with your boyfriend doing this?

So everyfriday my boyfriend gets paid. But when he gets paid he decides to go out and spend 60$ on beer plus food for his friends and they get high . He also doesnt come home early he gets off around 6 and he hangs out with his friends from the time hes off til 11pm - 3am he comes home high or drunk. He doesnt have a phone so i have no way to contact him to see what time hes coming home or where hes at. Weve been together 6yrs and have a 4yr old and im currently 28wks with baby #2. It makes me so mad bc he told me to stop working and he would take care of me so i could be with our son. But then he throws it in my face that its his money i shouldnt tell him what to do with it and he also starts telling me he doesnt have to tell me where he is or what hes doing bc we are not married. I honestly do not know what to do anymore i feel bad to kick him out bc he will have no ther place to go.
