Is losing breast soreness normal this early?

I'm 4 weeks 1 day and my nipples have been very sore for almost two weeks now, I was suppose to get my period yesterday. Well today it feels like my breasts are practically back to normal and I'm terrified that means I'm miscarrying. I had a miscarriage last year where I got sore breasts for one day, and ended up miscarrying the next. Anyone else experiencing this?

Comes and goes. Some days you wont feel pregnant, other days you'll feel it so much you wont want to get out of bed. 😂

For me it comes and goes. I am still breastfeeding my 2 year old twice a day and sometimes it really bothers me and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s same with most pregnancy symptoms. Some days you’ll be more bloated then others.

I personally havent as my breasts have been sore since day 1 (well, week 4), and I'm now almost 8 weeks and they still suck.  My doc said ad long as you still have symptoms, you're doing good.  Some days may be less than others, but losing symptoms altogether that early may not be a good thing.  But not all people are the same.  I was told to watch my symptoms (as this is my 1st pregnancy and MCs are very common), that losing symptoms can be normal, but can also be concerning. Doc keeps saying that usually around 10 weeks is when your placenta starts to take over from the corpus luteum and breast pain starts to dissipate. I know know if you should be concerned or not. But are you still experiencing other symptoms like fatigue and bloat?
