Has anyone gotten so mad your hearts pounding while pregnant?

Idk if it’s the hormones , I tried to calm down and breath but I’m concerned if it affected my baby. I’m 10 weeks tomorrow

Im the same too usualy im as relaxed as a cucumber now that im pregnant i am pretty short fused my heart rate goes up when im telling my kids off or just little things that fustrate me feels like my heart is about to jump outta my chest and i start hyperventilating . I usualy take a breather for like 10 min and im okay afterwards . Definetely our hormones 😊😭

Yes, I've had this a few times when my husband and I get into arguments. It's scary but I sip some water, close my eyes and take deep breaths. Really helps!

You’ll be fine just work on it. My partner and I got into a few really intense arguments and it scared me a lot, but I’m 12 weeks today and we’re doing better!!
