2nd time c-section mammas ?

I ended up with a c section with my second little guy a week ago because he was too big for my pelvis topass throuh after 6 hours of pushing. My question is for mamas who have had multiple c sections. How long till the you can start functioning again. If this was my first experience my fighter would of stayed an only child. I’m in so much pain and unfortunately I can only take Tylenol for pin as in the hospital I had. As reaction to pin killers, vomiting and hallucinations. I’ve been recovering with just Advil and Tylenol and half of the incision is pain free and the other half feels like I just can’t walk or function. Went to see ob yesterday because I was sure something came undone on the inside. She said doesn’t seem like there is anything for worry about yet and incision looks clean.

I’m left home alone 1 week post delivery with a 3.5 year old and a 1week old for next 24 hours, not able to function.

How long should I expect to feel this level of pain and physical disability? How long is the healing process till you were able to not take anything for pain?
