Doctor won’t see me for blood test

I found out on 10dpo that I am pregnant. I am now 12dpo and everything seems to be progressing beautifully and my temps are high and steady, but I’m worried that I need to get into a doctor’s office to test my hcg and progesterone ASAP. My doctor is out of office until June 3rd and my office said I cannot be seen until she returns to sign off that I can be seen. I’ve asked to see a different doctor for the time being and they did not allow it. I have PCOS and I am in metfomin. Idk if I should try to be seen at the hospital or just wait until my OB returns? Suggestions please!

Has anyone waited to confirm pregnancy until 5-6 weeks? Or does everyone go in straight away?
