On progesterone

I’ve been on progesterone for 7days now 100mg a day. Started four days after ovulation. I’m about 12-13 dpo. Still bfn. Should I still be talking this. I feel I would of got a bfp by now if I was. Also does it delay your period, even though I haven’t been on that long
