Is this bloody show? What does it mean?

Had some mild cramping, but no contractions. First pic came out around 7 pm and the second came out around 12-1 am. Does bloody show mean baby could be here within the next week? I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow. I have family coming from out of state to watch my toddler and I don’t know if I should give them a heads up that things could be happening sooner than expected. I’ve already talked with labor and delivery and they didn’t say much just that I could come in to be checked if I wanted.
