Opinions? My sister feels very insecure about her body for years. What do you think?

She is my sister. She has gone through many hardships due to her body size. 
Her body caused her to feel depressed and she tries her best to work out. 
She feels deeply ashamed and always asks to refuse to have her picture taken and opts out in family pictures. 
She continuously shames herself and puts herself down. Any opinions or thoughts?

I think she looks beautiful! She has nothing to be ashamed about! She has a beautiful body! There are women who have surgery to have a chest like hers, her hips and thighs are thick and juicy!!! 😋  I absolutely see nothing wrong with her body. 1000% honest. I would take her body. She doesn’t even have a belly! She’s got all the right curves in all the right places. 
Unfortunately, the women in the magazines, on tv, the JLo bodies types that are totally not what the American Woman are- we aren’t a size 0. We are a size 14 and up as a country. NOT saying that your sister looks like a size 14... bc she doesn’t. Just saying that it’s sad that we look at these women like JLo, the Victoria Secret Models, etc and think we have to look like them or we aren’t as worthy. We are even if we aren’t a size 0,2, or even 6. We are beautiful no matter what size we are. As long as we are healthy and your sister looks healthy and beautiful. She just needs to get to the happy 😊

Soemtiems what helps is getting soem clothes that flatter the figure. Like there her shirt is very tight in the front and you can see through it. Shirts that flow more at the belly may make her a little more confident!

You're probably trying to do something positive here, and I can respect that. But I think maybe you just need to incourage her to dig deep and try to love herself and appearance, no matter what anyone else says. Like my opinion is so irrelevant in her life, loving yourself is hard but sounds like she needs that a lot <333
