Huge 😭😭

Am I the only one who is huge at 18 weeks?! I keep seeing all these people with tiny bumps and it's making me a little self conscious. I feel like I'm too big but I have only gained 4 pounds so far and I'm at a very healthy BMI too. This is my third pregnancy but I just feel like I'm so big 😢
