Egg allergy?

So my daughter who is 11 months has been having diarrhea and vomiting the last couple days, since Thursday. She’s been seeming normal, very active, no fever, she’s eating and drinking normally.

I recently introduced eggs I think about 2 weeks ago. On Friday I didn’t feed her eggs and she didn’t vomit that day or night. Yesterday I did fed her eggs and she woke up in the night vomiting but her diarrhea seems to be subsiding. Could that be egg allergy even though there’s no hives or rash? Or just a stomach bug?
