I have very long and irregular cycle!! I used clear blue digital ovulation test, the last month we tried and we finally got pregnant ! Took us 8 months

First thing to do is regulate periods.. I’ve heard Vitex helps. Have you ever been on birth control, usually that helps regulate. But for some it cause irregular when you get off.
