Mum guilt!

I left my baby girl with my sister today whilst I’ve been at work, Daddy is on his brothers stag do and I’m also working the next 2 days. When I came home tonight my daughters started with awful conjunctivitus, her eyes are such a mess and although she’s coping well I feel so bad that I’ve been at work today and that I have to work tomorrow. She’s actually ok and it’s a bacterial infection in her eyes but she doesn’t seem to be in pain or anything just abit grumpy. Am I a bad mum if I go to work?? I feel so so guilty on my sister who will hve her and on my baby x
