Swollen Lymph Node

So I’m just wondering if or what I should do or if it’s normal, I have a swollen lymph node what I believe it is on the left side of my neck just under my jaw bone

I had some acne there so I was thinking it was just a bigger pimple under my skin but now I can feel it -hard and round type feeling under the skin

I did just get over a cold sore (fever blister-HSV 1) and was just on my cycle, I also have some slight sinus drainage in the back of my throat now. Should I be concerned? I have no other symptoms and it doesnt seem to hurt
