Does anyone get extremely sharp cramps when sneezing or coughing?

It’s your ligaments cramping up.  Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water because it’ll reduce that.

I only got it a few times when I was early on. I had to bend over a little to make it not happen 😂
Hasn’t happened since around 10 weeks though

I actually asked my doctor about this at my last appointment because sometimes it feels like my uterus might fall out my vagina and sometimes it’s just cramps with coughing/sneezing. She said it’s perfectly normal, my body is just used to having more support there and as our ligaments and muscles stretch and grow there isn’t as much support.
