When did you start buying baby stuff

How many months pregnant were you when you started buying baby stuff, pampers,bottles,clothing etc.?

Didnt buy anything until after my baby shower at 35w

We bought some diapers and wipes while ttc. Bought a stroller around 9w. Bought the first photos outfit directly after my anatomy scan. Haven't bought anything else, now 24+5. But I've gotten so many hand me downs and gifts we basically don't need anything else, we're gonna buy a few newborn and 0-3m outfits (maybe 3 newborn because that's the only size we don't have and a couple more than that 0-3 because we have less in that size) but that's really more for us than anything.

Once I knew the gender of my baby I started getting clothes and blanket and so forth. I started getting diapers at around 16 weeks and stocked up on wipes as well

I started to buy little things around 12 weeks, started buying bigger things after like 15, mostly based on things being on sale. I’m 24 weeks tomorrow and really all I NEED (for like the day baby comes home) is some bedding for the mini crib and a few more footed sleepers. I’m having a shower in late July and hoping to get a few more cloth diapers, a few more bottles, a few more footed sleepers and a handful of other things that would be nice to have the first year.

I bought the crib from someone online at 18 weeks and we just started buying clothes, diapers and such at 23 weeks. I feel like I'm late to the game
