Losing weight struggles🥴

Bailey

You’ve probably seen my other million posts about my journey to lose weight. I recently got on depo and reached my highest of 201 pounds. I decided I needed to change my lifestyle and I joined the gym as well as changed my diet. I feel like I’m doing good. I haven’t cheated at all in these 2 weeks except for one boneless chicken wing I ate last week. Anyways I’ve dropped from 201 to 190 as of yesterday. I weighed myself this morning and am 192. I don’t know much about nutritional facts and no matter how hard I try to learn I just don’t understand them at all. I am watching my calorie intake, but not tracking because in the past it felt like a chore and I fell off. I go to the gym everyday and do three miles on the treadmill and 10-20 minutes on the stair stepper. I still plan to go to the gym everyday, but I do feel a little discouraged because I don’t know how I possibly gained two pounds in a day watching what I eat and not cheating. Am I not doing enough at the gym? Does it sound like I’m doing anything wrong? I try to drink a gallon of water a day, sometimes it’s a little less, and I take 2 apple cider vinegar pills a day. In a day I usually have a morning iced coffee with 2 raw sugar packets (0 calories and less than one gram of sugar) and a good bit of vanilla almond milk. Then I have a healthy lunch as well as dinner (usually chicken, veggies, and a salad). On the weekends I’m usually busy and tend to not eat as much. I’ll have a coffee, a snack, and then dinner. So far this has been working and I don’t feel like I’m eating too much or doing too little at the gym, but this random gain of two pounds has thrown me off. My boyfriend says if I weigh myself everyday I will see my weight fluctuate. And I agree I probably shouldn’t weigh myself everyday, but I also want to make sure I am losing weigh instead of gaining it back. Any advice on what I could do better or try??
