My cat clawed my dogs eye !!! Idk what to do !

So one of my cats got spooked and clawed my babies eye it looked worse than this an hour ago it was bleeding a little and yellow and cloudy all vets are on lunch and no one will take her until 4pm because of other appointments all this and that bull crap I’m so nervous she’s acting fine jumpy wanting to be outside I have NO money until payday and I don’t know what to do I feel HORRIBLE i can borrow money but still no bet is available in the next hour is she gonna be okay you guys !? :( I’m worrying myself to death !!!
