Usually morning because it wakes me up. The only time I take one at night is if I was doing yard work, went to the gym or some other activity where I get dirty and gross

I like to be clean when I get into bed, sleeping in a bed where I showered bodies go would gross me out lol. And It relaxes me.
I don’t have a hard time waking up in the morning, I don’t drink coffee either.
